Thinking how bad could it get? Looking at State financials, HI gets 20% of its budget from Federal funding. HI spends just under $20billion every year and $3.5b of that is federal 💰So besides 86’ing FEMA, which HI is a high-user, HI towns highly reliant on federal social programs could suffer.
