Cairo is still a fair while away from the Karnak levels so you should be good by then but they’re definitely a lot of circling around, similar to Karnak but a lot more demanding. (I swear I do love this game lol)

As much as TR4 is one of my all time faves in the series, it can be a tad confusing and overwhelming at times. Not sure how familiar you are with the game but the Cairo levels… not the most fun. 😵‍💫

Ah yes, bless the Valley of the Kings/KV5 levels. They were tricky back in the day as a kid trying to figure it out. 😅

It’s funny because some people did swap certain tracks in the show with FF7 tunes (Lurking in the Darkness is one) as they have that same ‘feel’ musically.

In recent gaming news, I started my very first Silent Hill game last week (SH2 Remake) and my Kingdom Hearts re-obsession has taken over again. (Not that it ever left but you know… it’s been a dead series for a while now)
God I desperately need new KH content BADLY.

I have spent half of this long weekend train travelling to Newcastle and back to celebrate family birthday/catch-ups. I got home earlier and *finally* got out of this disgusting heat and I am sitting my ass down playing video games. 🎮 (Most likely KH3 and Silent Hill 2)

It’s the worst feeling!

Gooooood morning Bluesky. The face of a person who has woken up and realised today is the last day of the holidays before going back to dreaded work tomorrow. Time already is going too fast. 😭

Thank you Andrew! Very excited to finish. Should be finished by June if all goes to plan. Getting into the hard stuff now but it’s at the halfway point!

One thing I’m looking forward to this year; I’ll finally have finished my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course and be an accredited trainer and assessor. 🎊🥳
Where I’ll go once I’m done is yet to be seen but hopefully I can use it to get some work for training and teaching Hospitality.

With that being said, it’s surprisingly freezing cold here in Sydney (during summer!?) and what better way to start 2026 with staying indoors and finally giving Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 a try. 🙂
