Scotland has a long and proud history of welcoming refugees. From those fleeing the Nazis in the 1930s, to those coming from Ukraine, Afghanistan and Syria more recently.

We must fight to remain that welcoming nation, to stand up for our neighbours and show them that they belong here. 💚

Libraries are magic places.

No child should sit in school hungry. It hurts their education and their health.

We're delighted to have won this expansion to free school meals, building on our expansions to P4-5 and P6-7.

We'll now work to get free school meals to every school pupil, from early years to S6.
