Have you thought about using a 3D room planner apps for backgrounds? Maybe take a screenshot of that or at least it could definitely be helpful with perspective etc. Or even something like The Sims lol

Personally I like using Pexels for non AI free materials for work and school stuff, some references etc. I’ve also had a professor recommend Unsplash, but haven’t tried it.
As for poses idk, my fav method will always be taking a pic of myself and just tracing it XD
