I think it's good news, at least it certainly looks like it. Maybe there was a conversation to the effect of fair and even, or we're gonna screw you hard in 17 years. But it seems almost too good to be true. Either way, seeing what the trade-offs are will be key!

I was incredibly shocked at the amounts being offered, too. Even the CEO is only worth $50,000. It's frustrating the other murders don't have any worth attached to them in this way, but also eye opening that even if you're worth billions for a company, dead you're worth nothing.
My first thought was about stories that are written so terribly I can't follow any of it (grammar), but sometimes the story isn't written for me (or anyone else), it's just an outlet for the author.
I enjoy writing a story sometimes just to write the story. Not everything needs to be a production!
I read it at first and was like, "she's a professional, so she's probably right but I don't know if I agree." Then I thought about it, and as long as it's able to be read, the rules are silly anyways, and don't really apply. Neat

I read this thread and literally went sick to my stomach. "If you think waiting too long is not acceptable, you can always go ahead and die." Like good lord. It just highlights the issues with our system. Yeah it's not America, but this isn't great either.
The idea seems good on paper. These people belong to X group, and may harass or otherwise bother you. But in reality the issue you brought up, trusting someone else to censor my internet for me, just won't work. Unless I was in a place I couldn't handle the negativity, it just seems open to issues
Not only that, but also "if it doesn't violate a rule, I can't do anything." Actually, when you run the site, you can just say no thank you (or equivalent swear words) and fire them into the sun. It's not a court of law and prison, it's your circle 🤷🏻♂️
So many online communities are ruined by people who are so miserable in their own lives that they make it their goal to destroy others' joy. Ban em and be happy without em!

I think it's wild he's upset that only the company which owns and provides mailboxes can use said boxes. Like you can get PO equivalents at UPS and FedEx. This just feels disingenuous

As a Canadian looking in, I'm nervous for Americans, but I've been nervous for 6 months. I don't think either outcome was going to be great, but this one will be extra rough for more people.
I'm not saying both sides ate equal, I think both outcomes had potential for violence, just different kinds
I always wondered how the psyche of the western voters is affected. "Oh looks like your guy is gonna lose, the east voted for the other guy." Must be a Hell of a pill to swallow. Especially as a volunteer.
