I know calling reps is very nerve racking. You're not sure what's the right thing to say, and tbh having a script thrown at me makes things just as nerve racking.
I called today, and I figured I'd write up a transcript of how my call went down. Hopefully it helps demystify the process

Sonic: One of the very first games I ever remember playing as a child. It shaped my childhood a lot (as well as my perception of the console wars) Suikoden 1: The very first game whose story touched me enough to make me cry. My second RPG after Pokémon, and one that captured my imagination. Pokémon Blue: It's Pokémon. I remember being in the library on the computer looking at the walkthrough for Route 1 & 2 even when it hadn't been released.
Perfect Dark: I can't guess how much time I spent in multiplayer with my childhood friends. Team Fortress 2: Spent so much time playing this with friends. Katamari Damacy: Oh! I can feel it. I can feel the ~C~O~S~M~O~S~
Kirby Triple Deluxe: The very first Kirby I ever beat, and the finale still sticks to my memory. NieR Gestalt: Is it a jank game? Absolutely. Does 100%ing suck? Eeeyup. And yet, I love everything about it. Limbus Company: A gacha that doesn't know how to be a gacha with one of the most emotionally resonant stories I've experienced and amazing music.
