Seems decent. I made spaghetti sauce last night and used about 1/2 cup of minced garlic, plus a good dump of garlic powder (they have different flavour notes, I do both usually).

Honestly this method is way better than doors. When it’s occupied, you get to wait a respectful distance away. Plus if a bear wanders by, you see it immediately instead of scaring both of you when you open the door!
I worked in the paleomagnetics lab at the Pacific Geoscience Centre that Ted Irving founded. He was there when I was, he was a super nice guy. Years later, I find out he is a legend, and his paleomagnetic research led to the confirmation of Alfred Wegener’s theory of continental drift.
