i have some older races to watch to prove this hypothesis but i do think that at turn 6 in the mexico city grand prix last year carlos intentionally stuck his car in front of max in order to bait max into a penalty

one thing i particularly love about carlos's racing is when he puts that machine in locations. i think he is top three, maybe top two in the field at putting his car in exactly the right place at the right time
