Tomorrow I am finally getting a surgery that I really should have gotten over a month ago & damn I feel so relieved that soon the pain will relatively be over, but also I’m so so anxious :)))

2026 guidelines: boundaries Stop negotiating your needs. Don't stay where you've outgrown. Choose acceptance over fantasy. Say the hard thing sooner. Let truth bring peace. See people as they are. Don't overcommit to prove worth. Give what's sustainable. Leave space for yourself. Love deeply, but protect your heart.
