I have a new CPU replaced under warranty, yay!
The CPU socket on the motherboard has some bent pins and some seem to be missing, boo!
I could possibly bend back the bent pins but I'm not risking it, seeing as some seem to have broken, so a new motherboard it is!
Frustrating, but could be worse.

Just pulled the CPU out of the PC (ignore the thermal paste) and I do see what looks to be some discolouration round the edges?
Yes I think this is a dead CPU.
Mine didn't run overclocked either, the PC was "overbuilt" on purpose for longevity purposes
So thanks to @nekodiva.com's technical support, it would seem that my CPU is dead and it was barely 2 years old!
It seems I may be a victim of Intel's i9 issues. I'll get an i7 as replacement and claim warranty because 2 years life is poor!
It means I have no idea when I'll stream again!! Sorry!
