I’ve been recreating tofu dishes with beans. These are pan fried and coated in crispy potato starch that the sauce sticks to beautifully. They seriously don’t taste or have the texture of beans.

Kung fu got me through a really rough time last year and I was learning this form through the worst of it. I feel like I’m ready for a new chapter of growth and recovery. That’s one of the reasons I chose to test right at the start of the lunar new year ❤️

It’s a long form I’ve been working on for a year and I had to do it wearing two sets of metal rings. I tape mine up because my arms are so small they’ll fall right off.

Spending this month getting ready for the lunar new year. I’m doing a lion dance and kung fu performance! Just desperately trying to stay healthy and keep training 😤 im putting my body through a lot and it’s a delicate balance to keep my food intolerances and inflammation in check.
the magic of the Muppets is that there are two fourth walls. they constantly break the one that reminds the audience they are performers. they NEVER break the one that reminds the audience they are puppets. this dynamic is the key to their entire comedy style
