Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges: Sources Mistakenly deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia is on the way back to the United States to face charges of transporting undocumented migrants within the U.S., sources say.

ABC is reporting that Kilmar Abrego Garcia "is on his way back to the United States where he will face criminal charges for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants within the U.S., according to sources familiar with the matter."

At least now he may have a shot at due process.
