Well, here’s another weight-loss update: The back of my watch kept falling off. I just realized it’s because it was too loose. My wrists are now skinnier and require another loop!

Quick weight-loss update for those who care: I was able to walk up the stairs between the @goheartlanders.bsky.social shop and the concourse without using a railing. I haven’t been able to that on stairs since years BEFORE the transplant.
