Repotting my houseplants is at the forefront of my mind. I reckon I must have at least 10 to do. Need to do an inventory of my current stock of pots first. Exhausted thinking about it
For the purpose of this conversation, yes!

John McGinn is now back in full training at Bodymoor Heath. If he feels ready, the skipper may also travel to Lille for Thursday's match, which would come as a much-needed and timely boost for Unai Emery.

Still hitting me hard 10yrs on
Absolute disgrace. All for a few Reform votes that theyβll never get anyway.
I haven't experienced that, I'm afraid. My mum had ovarian cancer that I didn't know about & I got a phone call late one night to say she'd died. I'm always very nervous of late night calls now. Make sure you get a photo together x
11 Tips for Flare-up Days Slow down immediately. Your body is asking for rest - listen to it! Find a comfortable position - (pillows, blankets, cozy recliner chair). Use gentle heat on sore areas (heating pad, warm shower). Stay hydrated - dehydration can increase pain and fatigue. Eat small, easy meals so digestion doesn't drain your energy. Limit noise, light, and stress (sensory stimulation) - a calm environment helps the nervous system. Try gentle stretching - if your body allows (no forcing, no pain). Break tasks into small tasks - one at a time. Protect your energy - say "no" without guilt. Rest your mind - music, deep breathing, guided relaxation, prayer, journaling. Take naps when you're tired - without guilt. Watermark: Β©DearFibromyalgia/beth

The hardest part of invisible illness isn't just the pain. It's the constant having to explain, justify, and prove you're sick. You don't owe anyone a performance of suffering.
