The context behind why this is a weight loss issue is that I used to be able to withstand colder temps but now I have way less mass to store heat

Pros of weight loss:

Cons of weight loss:
- I am about to die of exposure in my OWN BEDROOM because the temperature dropped to -13863°C last night and my specific room can’t keep heat
