Finally watched the Lanterns trailer.
When John Stewart tells Hal Jordan “I protect people better than you,” it makes me wonder if the destruction of Coast City already happened and Hal is blamed.
Also love Kyle Chandler as Hal. Just don't kill him off in the first season please.

The Chemosh plushies arrived at the U.S. port today and are on their way to our warehouse. The books are scheduled to hit port by Tuesday.

I’ve slowly come around on this MK reboot. The first was fun, and now they can really capture the game’s essence. Wasn’t sure about Karl Urban as Johnny Cage, but the charisma is there. And that OG MK score? Instant boost. This trailer’s growing on me.

New Mandalorian and Grogu trailer is much better. Less silliness, more focused world-building that feels like early First Order setup. Zeb showing up was a big win — hoping this leans closer to Rebels. Hard to imagine Thrawn isn’t looming. This was a much stronger trailer.
New Hunters of Sheydim lore drops this Purim — a story set before Book One (out March 18).

First Spider-Noir teaser is all atmosphere. Black-and-white detective vibe, strong Sin City energy. Cage returning is interesting—surprised they didn’t go younger, but this looks built on mood more than action. Stylish so far.
Saw the trailer for Netflix’s War Machine. Fun, physical action with Alan Ritchson that feels like an updated Predator setup. Exactly the kind of movie that could benefit from a theatrical run—yet it’s straight to streaming again. Feels like Netflix doing what it’s always done. Missed opportunity?

I'm enjoying A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms—small, human, character-driven Martin at his best.
Set ~90 years before GoT, shaping Aegon “Egg” before the crown.
No surprise Martin’s uneasy with adaptations like House of the Dragon.
Where’s the line between interpretation & erosion?
Watched the first two episodes of Wonder Man and I’m impressed. It might be the most non-Marvel Marvel show yet—quiet, character-driven, and confident. I love that Simon’s origin is already past and the focus is on identity and restraint. Sad Marvel isn't giving this one real support.
The Daredevil teaser looks insane. Matt’s world collapses after a sonic attack and what feels like Kingpin exposing his identity. Jessica Jones’ reveal is perfect, Gandolfini’s character being pulled into Fisk’s world is chilling, & Foggy’s appearance raises questions. March can’t come soon enough.

The Invincible Season 4 trailer sets the stakes perfectly. Mark is still haunted by Angstrom, the cost of justified killing, and the looming Viltrumite invasion—plus whether he can trust his father at all. Feels like a redemption season, especially for Omni-Man.
New Season begins March 18th
The Maul – Shadow Lord trailer looks dark in the best way. Seeing Maul as Crimson Dawn’s leader, hunted by Inquisitors, gives new context to his fate in Rebels. I hope they don’t redeem him—he’s cruel, self-serving, and his own worst enemy. Let it stay an anti-hero story.

The full Masters of the Universe trailer dropped and I’m cautiously excited. Some Earth-based silliness still worries me, but it’s canon-adjacent. Eternia looks straight out of my childhood playsets, the action works, Skeletor looks solid, and Battle Cat rules. I’m ready to take my kids to this one.
I usually dislike teasers for trailers, and I’ve been wary of Masters of the Universe starting on Earth. But this one surprised me. The 80s vibe, original He-Man score, and quick character flashes felt faithful to the cartoon. For once, a teaser actually worked. Excited for tomorrow and June.
The trailer for Lee Cronin’s The Mummy might be the first time this character actually feels terrifying again. Full-on horror vibes, hidden Morse-code lore about death, and no connection to Universal’s Dark Universe. Curious how deep the mythology goes. April 17, 2026.
Watching Starfleet Academy in Trek’s 60th year, I went in skeptical. The premiere was better than expected. I like the idea of a rebuilding Starfleet & restoring Federation ideals. Some tone issues aside, I’m hopeful it leans into what Trek does best: explorers, ethics, & humanity facing unknowns.
