Thank you, this put the cherry on my day!
Yesterday I filmed several baby birds walking across a street directly at my camera and asked Bluesky to suggest music
Several dozen folks did
Some even dubbed music over the original clip.
I haven't been able to get this out of my head.
So I give you
A Bluesky exclusive:

Linton to Dullingham is probably a nicer stretch to revisit than Royston to Baldock, but both are certainly do-able. Getting up to re-do bits of the Pennine Way again is less likely any time soon, seeing as it's not day-trip distance.
Also two of our segments of the Icknield Way appear to be hand drawn with no time data, so can't upload, and ditto the first couple of days of the Pennine Way between Gargrave and Hawes. But I do have all the WHW!
The only trouble with having dug out all my old GPS files from 2010/11/12 and uploaded them to Strava: I was a lot fitter then, so suddenly I have a load of new PBs to beat!
Yep, Mr Mullins (and Mrs Mullins his dental nurse) are gone! I didn't even get to congratulate him!
They didn't even ask for an NHS number! (I am *not* the new number six - there were however a number of balloons!)
Oh that's mildly terrifying!
My mum went back to work part time once we were in school, I went back to work after maternity leave. There's definitely a trend there, but women working outside (or inside!) the home for more income is not something which has suddenly happened in the last 20 years!
One generation ago from when? I'm gen X, my parents are Boomers, my husband is a Millennial, my niblings are gen Z, my kid is gen alpha.
If it's someone my parents age saying it, then it might have been true for many families, but both my grandmothers had part time jobs once the kids were grown.
Gosh, finally made it through a whole international women's day without someone taking the time to tell men when their day is instead. Didn't see that until today.
Shit I thought they toned down the simpering "great question my genius lord, yes you've caught me in a blatant lie, you're absolutely correct as always and I'm just a little wretched worm, I shall never lie again" stuff but it's just as bad as last time i checked in.
Oh I love that!

Car dependence is ugly and damaging.
It's not acceptable! But some drivers apparently don't agree :(
Weird things: discovering your dentist has retired by arriving for your appointment and them expecting you but it's all completely new people. Apparently they're so new they don't have any practice info yet, but we'll get an email "in a couple of months".
Oh and I need a small filling on Weds: Yay!
Argh!
England's *men*, you mean

The best churches seem to help people through these things, not blame them.
I honestly can't really remember actually believing in god, or making a decision to believe or not. I just don't - and never saw a reason to try. Though I do recognise the comfort and belonging it can bring, and I still appreciate a good church and like singing hymns. (I hope it's not disrespectful)
Well, they can swim too, but they fly faster.
Now I'm thinking of the Equality impact assessment too. *sigh* neither looks good.
They can fly.
If you think Labour is not actively anti-trans: have a read of this thread.
They couldn't even be bothered to find examples where the barriers were spaced well enough to be less of a barrier to non-standard bikes and mobility scooters.
Thank you!
Interesting! Thanks
And it is far from the only area in which the current Labour government has actively made life worse for trans people.
Speaking as a non-trans woman: yes, it is. Banning trans women from women's spaces is obviously and blatantly anti-trans.
