The most exciting precipice :)
Do you publish your novels online?
It sounds interesting. Is it a snippet from the essay? Can it be found online?
I got curious and checked out the sample on Amazon. The format is so dynamic too. It feels like it expands the meaning. It's kind of symbolic to discover this book a day after 8th March. Thanks for sharing this.
Double-checking all the recent drafts at once. What about you?
The title is intriguing.

This informative and captivating review of I Write Like came as a surprise.

I often wonder about it, too. I don't know many people who read books. And they don't know they don't read books. They just think by default that they do.
I think you are right. I stayed away from SM for some time. So at first, even Bluesky felt a bit too much.
It's interesting what you said about the 300-character limit. I also wonder if it teaches people not to engage on a more complex level -- there would be no room for such a conversation, anyway.
I feel like Bluesky is an immense ocean of exciting discoveries, but I am stuck in a bubble I don't seem to be able to break through. I mainly hear my own echo.

Also, those who need to be appeased usually can be appeased only temporarily. They'll come back with more demands for you to change.

Breathtaking photos and a very inspiring story!

and this :)
That's why I'm mesmerized when I see vertical layers. Imagine the sheer force that tipped them this way!
I wonder whether one can practice their scrolling stamina. After about fifteen minutes of scrolling, my eyes start to feel like burning sand, and my brain like the dry, cracked desert this sand came from.

I'm looking for accounts that post about short stories and writing in general.
I'm also interested in paleontology, physics and biology, so if you have any recommendations from those spheres, I'd really appreciate it.

Indeed :) I'm very happy you liked it!
I'm glad you liked it :)
Really? I've never considered that. It's a very interesting topic. Granta is awesome! I love their podcasts, and I've discovered new authors through their website.

Or are you my past?

I actually hear a rhythm in your post :), look:
the invisible line
that hides what's afar.
What does it show today?
Ooh, this looks very interesting!
So beautiful! It inspired me to write a haiku.

All things will pass, the rocks are here to stay -- The atoms from the perished stars compressed, They witness things that come and go away. The blossoms of the past are just their dust today. Breathe out, lean against them, rest -- All things will pass, the rocks are here to stay, The mountains that add tears to clay, They keep the weight that trickled off your chest. They witness things that come and go away, For eons, spinning inside the Milky Way, They know one single truth the best: All things will pass, the rocks are here to stay. Watching the forms appear and then decay, They know there's an end to every quest-- They witness things that come and go away. So, try, however hard you may, You will not change what they have long professed: All things will pass, the rocks are here to stay. They witness things that come and go away.

I'm Alexandra. I help build I Write Like, a text editor from a small independent company. Unless one is a tech giant, the chances of people discovering their creation are slim. I wanted to change that, so I came here.
I share my writing, often illustrated with my drawings and photos.
