After all these years I finally managed to change difficulty of Spyro Reignited Trilogy

Nightmare Difficulty:
Sparx turns red.
Doesn't pick up any of the collectibles.
Spyro dies in with one hit.
Enemies gets a very slight attack speed. Base speed is 0.9 and it gets set as 1.1
