Winter concert season is upon us and we have a middle schooler and a high schooler, both in chorus and playing instruments. Multiple concerts are coming up and tonight. Concerts are this Wednesday and Thursday, Monday next week, AND Monday the 15th.

Ah, the joys of being a mom and a streamer. Kiddo has theater practice 45 minutes away from home and Chingus is stuck at work. So I'm sitting in a parking lot until: A. He gets here from work or B. She's done in 3 hours. Because of course her practices are on my stream nights.

Talked to the lone service technician that was left outside, and he said that all of the new lines have been hung, but they now have to be spliced, and everyone is so backed up that I don't know it'll be done today. I'm so frustrated.
Day 5. Verizon service trucks with buckets have been on site for 7 hours. They are finally working on the wires and pole directly outside of our house now. I really hope that they can get us back up and running today.
A Verizon technician came out this morning and told us that he couldn't fix our internet. Today is our fourth day without cable or wifi. Four days of no streams, which is my sole income. I need it FIXED.
We had a nasty storm roll through last night that took out power lines on each side of our house. The crew has been here since early morning. Fingers crossed they can fix it today. It's getting hot for us and our pups.
