Wrote to complain about the horrible cotton candy machine monstrosity in the community leisure centre and got told it’s a ‘pilot’ and they ‘value’ my feedback. Undertone was - we don’t care, this makes someone some money. Who should I reach out to next - councillors, MP, local community groups?
