We get on Trax and some teenagers are playing some hip hop from their phone. Not super loud. Old guy gets on, yells at them to turn it down. Next stop, another guy gets on, hears the music and says, “you gotta turn that up” and then does this:

I walked by this the other day and was 1) fascinated by the façade and 2) saddened by the deferred maintenance.

Best advice I’ve seen recently is to match the flooring selection with your significant other’s hair color.
Just got off the phone with Malloy's DC office and apparently the town hall maxed registration within 2 hours of being announced this morning. So yeah, you can imagine how this is going to go for them.
Update #7: line was crazy long. Very impressed with how many people are opting for public transit. We got very lucky in that they doubled up on the buses and we were able to get on our first attempt.
Update #6: skiing was awesome, lines weren’t too bad. We stopped at 4pm to make sure that if the ski bus line was too long to fit us at 4:20, we could catch the 4:50 and worse case scenario, the 5:30.
Update #5: the previous update was not a joke. We got caught up in the reserve parking traffic and I had to beg the bus driver to let me off the bus before the stop so I could resolve the situation. Crisis narrowly averted.
Update #4: I drank too much water to not be in control of the vehicle and the ability to take a rest stop. Lesson learned.
Update #3: Mouth of BCC and we are at standing room only.
Update #1: off the Blue Line and on the 972 to Solitude/Brighton. Kiddos are locked in. 60 min ride ahead of us.
