Was excellent on this three ingredient ( water, chia seeds and flax) dehydrated wrap with tomatoes and spinach. 💚

🌱Vegan friends, if you ever want to make your own raw cream cheez try using soaked pumpkin seeds! It's so good. I used a cup of raw sprouted pumpkin seeds soaked and blended smooth, half a lemon, a teaspoon acv, pink salt and a vegan probiotic. Let it sit for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
