Agreed, as someone who has had plenty contact with police, courts, prison, lawyers and social services if anything arrests, police, courts etc make things worse not better. We must save ourselves, no one is coming to save us.

Visited the Thistle yesterday. Glasgow new DCR, looks nice & clean but I'm sure it will get more of a lived in look soon with many visits. A mobile site in the city centre still needed, speaking to people at Queen Street Station who have not used it as in their words, "its to far".

So this what I'm mostly known for, in 2020 I set up & operated the 1st safer drug consumption site in the UK. The unsanctioned mobile injection site operated in Glasgow city centre & over the course of nearly a year supervised circa 1000 injections, managed 9 overdoses & changed hearts & minds.

2 years ago this month I visited Lisbon Drug Consumption Room. Having only seen H17 Copenhagen & ran the unsanctioned Glasgow site it was eye-opening.
On arrival you're welcomed with the cafe. Portugal were playing this day & participants were enjoying the game on TV.
