I wanted to say thanks for your paper as well and congrats to your student! Wonderfully thorough and mechanistic story. It brought me great joy to see evidence that Nrd1 could bind to a mRNA independent of Nab3 in vivo. The phenotypic consequences of mutating Nab3 binding sites on PIC2 are amazing!π
