It certainly takes some time to speak like a native…I did it the wrong way around (no double entendre here 🫢) and learnt ‘street’ Spanish from young people. My Spanish teacher was bemused.

Oh they’re just dreadful. I’ve been in a battle with them.
When you look at their massive profits, you’d think they could afford to provide an effective customer service delivery. I detest the industry more than the banking sector.
