Extracurricular Activities is one of the more well-made VNs (anything Wolfbite publishes is worth at least a look). Hien Pham has some cute stuff on Itch, but those are more interactive comics. If you're into orcs, Bonfire is a fun romp. CaesarCub has some fun ones too (The Mansion was my fave).

I ought to put together a full list. Massive overlap between gay and furry of course. Bastard Bonds is one of my all time fave games, horny (and you can marry an orc) but the world and gameplay are actually incredible. Lustful Desires is expansive, a bit of a mixed bag but I really enjoyed it.
