#HobbyStreak 298. D&D was cancelled (the pain flare up continues), so I built the models from the new Spearhead magazine. Hoping to get these finished quickly so that I can move on when the next issue arrives.
Thank you.
#HobbyStreak 297. I finished the Prosecutors in the small hours of this morning. I've spent today painting the ruined farmhouse from my son's Bolt Action set and began painting the infantry for it too.
I had quite a bad bout of painsomnia last night and finished off the Prosecutors. Which means another Age of Sigmar Spearhead is finished!
#HobbyStreak 296. Nearly finished the Prosecutors. I will definitely get them done tomorrow, then to choose a new thing to focus on.
Drop something YELLOW!
#HobbyStreak 295. Finished the Lord Veritant and her Gryph-crow companion. I have also done some work on the Prosecutors.

I usually say something along the lines of "Well enough to be here".
AI should be nowhere near art. If we farm out our creativity to machines, we diminish a fundamental part of our humanity.
#HobbyStreak 292, 293 and 294. I've been slowly working on the Lord Veritant. Nearly finished her, although I do also need to finish her Gryph-crow companion.
How I arrived on Bluesky
Imagine opening a dwarf book expecting a list of oaths against their enemies and finding recipes. You check the cover and it turns out you picked up the Book of Fudges.
Yay, another war over who has the best imaginary friend.
#HobbyStreak 291. I have finished the Liberators and played in tonight's D&D session. In the session we trudged through blizzards, fought giant snow cats and wolves, and turned a Yeti into a lump of coal and set it on fire. It was a very fun session and a much needed laugh with friends.
No Kit?
#HobbyStreak 290. Lots of progress on the Liberators today. I have almost finished them. Shouldn't take long to do the last bits tomorrow.
#hobbystreak 289. More work on the Liberators. I would have continued this evening too but I needed to fix the washing machine.
#HobbyStreak 288. Edge highlighted the armour on these Liberators. Then I picked out all the leather and the under suits as well as the scabbards. I'll be highlighting those next and picking out any parchment, iconography, faces and helmet plumes.
The pool isn't great but I was fairly happy with this little diorama for a Secret Santa in 2024.
Thanks. I'm not sure what possessed me to do white shields but I'm happy with the result. The flayed skin clothes are fun to paint though.
I had great fun painting mine. I really should finish that project though.
I think it's time for a Red Dwarf rewatch. Rest in peace Rob Grant. Thank you for all the laughs.
#HobbyStreak 287. Lord Vigilant is finished. Now for the rest of the Spearhead force. #PaintSlam26
That's fair enough. I got distracted by *gestures wildly at dozens of half finished projects*.
That's my current project. Especially important as the Spearhead magazine is due to begin next month in the UK. The first two spearheads for that are the two from Skaventide.
#HobbyStreak 286. Nearly finished work on the Lord Vigilant. All that is left to do is the base.
#HobbyStreak 285. I worked on the Lord Vigilant's shield and added broken masonry made from Milliput to the bases of the entire Spearhead (plus the extra five Liberators for the reinforced unit).
#HobbyStreak 284. I've nearly finished painting the Lord Vigilant. I'm still not sure what colour to paint the flames.
