Very few can compare.
I did find one in Grenoble which was really good. All the waiters spoke English and very few French patrons.
Otherwise, the dishes are adapted to French palates.
I used to go to one in Annecy, the owner always asked if I wanted it “English spiced”.
Unfortunately he retired.

I'm not sure sizes mean anything anymore anyway.
Between vanity sizing, different brands, (and I've even found a same brand, same model and same size with a considerable difference!)
I just look at what I want, have a guess, don't look at the size and try it/them on 🤷‍♀️
