As part of a @uwmadison.bsky.social group, I spent quite a bit of time outside of Bastogne working on an archaeological excavation of a B-26 crash site to recover the remains of one of the crew who was still missing on behalf of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). Very fond of #Belgium
