Inside the SAI interface, we see a sleeping woman with long gray-white hair, halo and veil. She has wings with sprouted flowers and a reptilian tail. Her black and white dress is also decorated with flowers. She is surrounded by mysterious scaly arms resembling the paws of a dragon.

Makoto lies in the background as if laying in a casket, with forget-me-nots (flowers) resting on top of him. His eyes are closed, implying that he has already passed. Other small details include two butterflies surrounding Aigis, and chains that are tethered to Makoto.

The original artwork that my rendition is based off of. In this, Makoto is the one with his arm raised high, with smoke flowing out of his gun. Behind him is a casket with its interior appearing similarly cracked in nature. Aigis is much larger here in the background, staring off into the unknown.
