Their teams finish one project then go straight to next. In the UK we do it piecemeal with no future work guarantee, costs ££.

The options were:
1) Spread cash based on the number of pupils each school has.
2) Maximise money for disadvantaged children.
The only three schools to vote against option two were faith schools.
