@arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social their quality is undeniable but are the niggles & injuries to White & Odegaard reason enough to make them good sellable options in the summer to get the most money we can from them? If so as vice captain is Saka expected to get the captaincy? #arsecastextra

@arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social I don’t think Arsenal have β€˜bottled’ any of the past 3 seasons, despite what media narratives may have you believe. But is a challenge with this era of football keeping that noise & belief away from the players with how online they all must be? #arsecastextra

Football’s converging moral panics hold up a mirror to our fractured world | Jonathan Liew From grappling at corners to VAR, the endless list of complaints reflects a wider sense of dislocation from β€˜the product’ A terrible boredom stalks the land. Across the nation’s television studios and podcast armchairs, wearied men grizzle accursedly with forked tongues into branded microphones: entombed by a game they despise and yet are paid so generously to discuss. Out there in the wild digital beyond, the sickness festers still deeper. The game has gone, they type into a little white box. This is not the football I once loved, click send. The beautiful game is broken, pleads the Telegraph. They think it’s all over, and perhaps it always was. Arne Slot is no longer enjoying himself, and presumably a good proportion of the Liverpool fans at Molineux on Tuesday night know exactly how he feels. John Terry is no longer enjoying himself. Yaya TourΓ© is β€œdisappointed”. Ruud Gullit is so disgusted he has decided to stop watching. Chris Sutton thinks Arsenal will be the ugliest winners in Premier League history. Mark Goldbridge is bored out of his mind, albeit nowhere near as bored as you would presumably need to be to watch a Mark Goldbridge livestream. Continue reading...

Yeah that was what made me more nervous about our game tbh big results all around

04.03.2026 22:30 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

I was nowhere near as nervous as I was vs Chelsea I didn’t feel like Brighton would score basically at all I was only nervous at the end purely because of the game stake I thought we defended really really well. Could we have done more to get forward? Yes. Does it matter in the slightest? No #COYG

I loved that win. I know nothing is won in march and we’ve lost bigger leads, later on in the season before, but I had a bit of a cry after the game, we are so so so close. Miss my dad and I fucking love this team #COYG 8 more to go! Oh & Goodly fucking morning @arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social

That was possibly my least enjoyable win of the season I nearly cried when it went to 2-2. I don’t care how we happen we gotta keep winning ugh I’m exhausted and my heart may not even see the end of the season at this rate πŸ˜… #coyg

If Arsenal do win the Premier League this season, they'll need to have the parade in the Cardiac Care unit because that's where everyone will be.

@arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social did you feel a bit uncomfortable after Eze scored the first goal, the joy was cut short by Rices huddle? To me it felt a bit performative and made us suddenly unnecessarily nervous, especially when he made an error so soon after. #arsecastextra

Awful night not sure how you end this rot of bad performances but it needs to stop. Sloppiness for ages and Arteta never made changes is diabolical. Still believe we can do it but we just love to do it the hard way think a lot hinges on that cup final tbh #arsenal

This sounds a bit crazy to ask as I don’t want him to go no matter what but if KSE decide to sack Arteta for not winning the PL or CL this season would this summer with all the manager turnover happening be a good or bad time to do it? #arsecastextra
