I, like many, failed in my imagination that they'd take it so far.

And then soon after a gift of national security secrets to the UAE that up until those two secret payments, every American president had refused to give. That is corruption. Those are the elements of a bribe. This is potentially criminal conduct. The rule of law may be suspended today.

this is only part of the problem, encoding/decoding multiple rounds as text email moves between systems using different code standards will leave artifacts such as this in seemingly random places.

What I've seen reported is that he's a major funder but I cannot myself find any hard evidence that is the case so take that for what you will 🤷♂️
Does your gym have a safety protocol? It shouldn't be your responsibility to take an action that has potential to make you less safe due to the behavior of another customer, it's their responsibility to keep you safe inside the establishment. Perhaps ask management if they have a policy?
