bottom line, i hate feeling fake. the generative ai bullshit, the rage baiting, anything where i get the feeling “that’s *not* what this is about, is it?” i can’t stand it
this isn’t in relation to any specific recent events or anything, just something the more and more i ponder im like “you know what? yeah that really is why i feel how i do”
you talk to me about something in the most deadpan serious sounding tone only to tell me immediately afterward that it’s just a joke? i feel like my emotions are being toyed with. i don’t like having my feelings treated like someone’s plaything
i *hate* trying to force myself to get worked up about stuff im mostly ambivalent towards, it feels so fake and i hate it so much
