This is what bothers me the most, official government data makes it clear that fraud within PIP claims is virtually non existent, so all cuts made will affect a genuinely disabled person who is already struggling due to an inadequate UC system. It's just wrong, fuck Labour.

Woke up to a delivery of baked goods and a box of quiche. I’m so sad they’re leaving.

One coach did do the whole pantomime bit of, “OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED”, but the others were fine. It makes such a difference!

Limped up to a high intensity gym session with my walking stick. Explained the nerves in my left side weren’t working properly. Coach just took it on and adapted, no fuss. Just got me sweating. This is the way.
