It states she was struck by a car back in October. That’s such sad news 😢
The RSPCA wants to speak to this man after a dog was brutally beaten & thrown to the ground during an attack in Cornwall.
It was reported that a man struck the dog twice - with a lead & his hand - before picking it up by its collar and throwing it to the ground.
