Absolutely. I was extremely clear that I wasn’t working 12 hr days 5 days a week.

Well, Husband is expecting me to work 40 hrs. So not semi. Heck he works 12 hr days 5 days a week and most of one of the weekend days. I told him that definitely wasn’t going to work for me.
Yes! And thank you!
Job is fine - I’m just going to work for my husband.
Count me in!
Gosh no. Husband has been asking me for a long time to come work for him. So, his success is our success. But final week in current position.
I love my client communities. I am going to miss them so much. But I’ll never let mf’rs who don’t know what tf they’re talking about talk shit on them.
Like it shows the guy has never driven to the middle of nowhere and has a burger & beer
I work in water in the western US. I live now and grew up in rural Arizona. For three decades in between I lived in major cities. I am clear on the give and take between the two and can absolutely say the giant metro closest to me now is hugely subsidized by the water sent there from rural areas.
Part of community~
being a united United States of America~
wanting better for our neighbors, close & far~
Is to meet them where they’re at. Work with them to build independent sustainability.
Not post shitty content for clout.
JFC you’re as bad as the GQP - heads or tails, you’re both the same.
Am I thrilled that they vote GQP? No.
Have I talked to them about how the current administration has undercut/eliminated their funding/grants? Absolutely.
But this sort of blamecasting drives their anger, their resentment - people like YOU and your shitty elitist talking points.
Well actually…
Nearly all infrastructure grants for rural water systems come from federal EPA, USDA & HHS - direct or state passthru.
So you think @volts.wtf, it would be better if their waste water infrastructure collapsed, polluting ground and surface water?
FUCK YOU
Yes, these communities are poor. They rarely have the economic resources to support their infrastructure.
But does that mean they don’t deserve the same delicious Hetch Hetchy drinking that San Francisco enjoys ≈180 miles away?
If you agree, then again FUCK YOU.
You want to talk about how cities “subsidize” rural communities?
How about Las Vegas’ draining water from ecosystems & communities from hundreds of miles away? (State Water Engineer ultimately denied the permit.)
Los Angeles siphoning majority of water from the Owens Valley & Mono Lake?
FUCK YOU
I know my communities, and you know what they resent?
YOU
People who look down on them for being rural.
People who distain them for being disadvantaged.
People who think they know better what their communities need than the communities themselves know.
So again:
FUCK YOU
As I go into my final week of work -assisting small, rural communities with their drinking and waste water infrastructure and funding- a big & hearty:
FUCK YOU
And a ponytail?
The purple jacket 🤌
Very Elfman! You both look great!
Dislike button now more than ever.
Oh have a lovely lovely time! Vacations with just Husband & me are so meaningful, and just regenerative. I wish the same for you both.
(I’ve considered stitchfit but never took the jump but I love rent the runway.)
But where are going for your honeymoon?

Nice! We have an outlet in Reno and my fly fishing friends love their waders (and policies).
Yes!!! I’m on the lookout for those! I’m dropping my traveling companion off at 9 AM so I have so much time to go look for bugs (I need to be back at the airport ≈7 PM).
I missed a fountaining in January by 12 f’ing hours! I know I won’t see one this time, but I have enough budget for one more try😊
Would not hold still.
That is me. I really try to suppress the struggle/trauma and let my light shine. Not always successful, but it’s a progressive work.
Me, too! Rude
I found him this morning! Moving in for the kill! His own, but still
So beautiful. Really
I’m on Hawai'i until 8:30 pm tomorrow. But I may be back! Because as much as I love bugs, I need to see Kīlauea fountaining!
Found him. Stay tuned…
