If you’re taking owl photos you should be trying to get photos like these— the bird is relaxed and seems undisturbed by the photographer

So much more pleasant than stressed, spooked, or (heaven forbid) blinded-by-a-flash owls

This gentleman hangs out in my yard regularly so we’re getting quite used to each other. Although today he pooped in the middle of the path to my back door & now it smells like a barnyard. Hopefully that’s not a commentary on me as a person. 😬

Okay… this is the first male wood duck solo portrait I’ve taken

I manage to sneak up on about 20 over a short bridge and their slow movements showed they barely noticed me there

My favorite detail are the iridescent feathers on his back that seems to frame the face in starburst

Zoom! Zoom! Two velociraptorine Dromaeosaurs: Linheraptor and Adasaurus.

There were a lot of velociraptorines which proliferated during the Late Cretaceous. These two are for my licensing library and I have added them to the size chart

A radio that combines the design language of old American muscle cars and the spacerace.
