Hey library people, as a library professional, do you have your own website in order to have a home/portfolio for your relevant accomplishments, etc.? If so, how did you set it up? Contemplating a Wordpress-hosted site for my library-related professional activities.

The Digitization Lab at Perry-Castañeda Library at UT Austin is full of wonders. Digitization efforts encompass fascinating legacy machines; huge cradle-style scanners that capture fragile centuries' old books; software translating old communications from the Ministry of Information during WWII.

I haven't been around in a bit and have follow-up on the ALA conference: I will be attending this year, thanks to a scholarship! Anyone else here going to be in Philly in late June?
