The day we found Millie, we didn't think she would become a permanent part of the family. Tracking down an owner that abandoned her, and working with the dog warden to keep her safe, we've taken care of, and loved her, for just under 18 months.
Today, aged 16, Millie will cross the rainbow bridge.
