Even when Pixar manages to make something good nowadays, you immediately find out that the director was forced to scrap a bunch of stuff that would've made the film a million times better because the executives thought it'd make it "too political."

Evil Dead 2 was monumental to me as a kid. A big part of that was Bruce Campbell as Ash.
