After a while you violently struggle but you only succeeded in tiring yourself out. You can't turn over. You can't kick. You can't fight or touch yourself. You just lay there in the darkness and wait to fall asleep with the need to pee the only thing that you can feel. Even that is restrained.
You wake. Blackness but your hands can't move. You feel a fullness in your bladder which you must release, but even that feels restrained. The sensation limited. After emptying you can't move. You hear the white noise which is your only friend. You tense all your limbs but nothing moves.
