UNB has been jerked around long enough by the City to keep the pool open. Time to close it and tear down the LB Gym and the pool as was planned (and promised to the Board) when the Currie Centre opened. UNB cannot afford to continue to carry the costs but it will suck for UNB Swimming program.

Heck of a basketball game over at CBC Gem, as UNB Reds women have drawn within 3 points of Saskatchewan early in the 3rd quarter, playing for National Championship.
Post Beer Fest I like Rustico's lighter interior. Their Burger Battle burger is delicious, and their fries were excellent - our whole table agreed. And the carrot cake was perfect. Well done! 🙌

For too long Mt.A has been treated as the "special child" in the university family -- large numbers (majority?) of their students are from out of province and are being subsidized by NB taxpayers.
I have long said that it would be better for NB taxpayers if STU was to become a college of UNB, much like Bresica University College and Western University, or at minimum similar to King's relationship to Dalhousie.
