Thereβs a reason why right wing press uses βmigrantsβ most frequently. Because they mean all of the above. Theyβre not just talking about the asylum seekers.

Fantastic start to the #KFCloserToHome event in London this morning.
Lots of challenges in developing models of neighborhood care.. need for bravery, co-production and innovative approaches to funding/implementation discussed.
Nice to hear lots of optimism despite the many barriers to overcome!
Nearly 10 million people have surgery every year in the UK β how do we ensure quality care before, during & after? We asked patients, carers & staff to help develop an evidence-based framework. View the framework, with its 10 categories & 28 core indicators: ths.im/3IV6gbk
The 10 Year Health Plan outlined bold ambitions that will impact cancer care. But how can those ambitions now turn into action?
Join us for a free online event in October to hear from a number of experts on the future of cancer care in England.
About a sixth of the public endorse very extreme views on making legal/settled migrants leave & then follow up on the specifics. (This overlaps with the 8% who say they support violence in protests & liked the riots, so it should be challenged, not indulged)
7-8% express support for violence (2% very strongly). This pro-violence segment was 21% of the Reform vote (two-thirds were against violence) and 4% of everyone else.
A tenth say they would deport naturalised British citizens. There is very little challenge in national politics to a concerted attempt to mobilise racist concerns on immigration
Would be fantastic to see something similar in cancer, and even in a prehab space...
