SUNDAY WIND GUSTS: Expect the gusty winds to stick around through the rest of the day, and into the evening hours tonight. Sustained winds of 15-20 MPH, with gusts of 25-30 MPH, are anticipated well into the evening hours. If you have anything outside, make sure it is secured... #MIWX

WARMER... THEN COLDER: The next 3-4 days, temperatures will remain above average, into the 60s to start the week. Then, the cold front rolls through again, and we'll drop temperatures back to below average territory. Expect the 30s to return by Thursday with chances for rain/snow showers.. #MIWX

PRECIP CHANCES RAMP UP: As we look ahead into the middle of the week. Showers and thunderstorms return on Tuesday, but once colder air moves into the region, I expect a chance of rain and snow showers on Thursday and Friday. Not expecting any accumulation... #MIWX

TUESDAY SEVERE THREATS: With the winds already becoming breezy by Tuesday, any thunderstorm will have the capability of producing damaging winds above 60 MPH, along with heavy rainfall. Not expecting a widespread severe threat, but some strong storms are possible.. #MIWX

TUESDAY SEVERE WEATHER: We're keeping an eye on Tuesday for yet another round of severe weather from the Great Lakes into the Ohio Valley and Midwest. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the region under a Marginal Risk (1 out of 5) for severe weather on Tuesday afternoon & evening. #MIWX

COLDER CHANGES SUNDAY: Most of the region is waking up in the upper 30s and lower 40s this morning. Compared to where we were on Saturday, we're running about 10-20+ degrees colder than we were to start the weekend. Despite this, above-average temps expected this afternoon... #MIWX

#BREAKING: We are tracking a major water main break & a Boil Water Advisory in Oakland County. The break is in the area of 14 Mile Road and Drake in Novi. The Boil Water Advisory is in effect until further notice. West Bloomfield Police says to avoid the area due to flooding... #WDIVLocal4News

SATURDAY T-STORMS: We're tracking a strong cold front that will move through the region as we work throughout the day. This will keep the chance of thunderstorms in the forecast today. High temperatures soaring well above average, into the upper 60s to near 70° by this afternoon... #MIWX
