Yeah the mask refusal and now the argument that I’m wrong for wearing my mask is too much. I’m very immune compromised so I wear a mask and I require anyone coming into my home to wear one. My friends and family no problem and it’s a non issue but out in public is a different thing sometimes.

Yes that happened in Ontario with Ford and transfer payments that were earmarked and told where it was to. Ford of course didn’t put it there and then the next year the province didn’t get any transfer payments. Ford didn’t care and it hurt the people the most with Fords continued cuts anyway.
That is why you tie conditions to the funding. If they break the conditions, they don’t get the funding.

Healthcare should be run by the federal government and only the federal government. The provinces have proven time and time again that they can not be fiscally responsible with the Healthcare payments coming to them. Please overhaul this broken system!
Maybe the money should be audited and that the full amount must be accounted for. I know Ford will fail that because he has failed each audit since he was first elected
