Every year... I give up something for Lent. I'm not Catholic, but I enjoy the challenge of giving up something I love. So... I am giving up energy drinks. My will power when I gave them up at the beginning of the school year lasted about a week and a half 😅

Most days I don't see the progress. I don't see the work I've put in over the last decade. Body dysmorphia is dumb.
But I'm proud of this work in progress.
Big fan of matching fits and sunshine.

Day 6 without caffeine fueled energy drinks or pre-workout.
First day waking up without a headache 🙌

Since my 5AM workouts are over... I'm going to try for a caffeine free summer 🙃 right after I drink this last energy drink I've had in the fridge.

Trying to plan indy ball roadtrips is the worst... why can't y'all just be on the same damn teams?! 😫

Okay. The holidays are over.
I believe in writing down goals and manifesting what I want. It's time to get back on track. I've wallowed in self-pity enough.
*make healthier food choices
*workout every day
*hit my daily step goal
*get back to running 5ks
*lose 18 pounds

I've decided that bulking season is officially over today. Not that I was purposefully bulking. I just fell down a rabbit hole of unhealthy food. 😬
But feeling healthier is a better feeling than any unhealthy food tastes.

Was really hoping the people who enjoyed my baseball articles and posts from that other site would've ventured over here and still shared/read my stuff... but sadly that doesn't seem to be the case here.
