I don't vary my technique much, if at all, depending on style of bread I'm baking. Our technique is the one thing we can always count on.
I bet it tastes great!!

That looks great!
I've always liked a deeper colored crust on my loaves, than most. I go a full 500Β° covered for 15 min, then 450Β° uncovered for 15 min, then vent the oven and leave the loaf in it until cool.
This mornings loaf...

I love that too! My feed is so fun, seeing peoples quilting and baking and ax throwing and dogs playing and everything in-between! It's always so great seeing life still happening! Thank you π« it's appreciated as well.

βWe see everything, from living rooms to naked bodies. Meta has that type of content in its databases. People can record themselves in the wrong way and not even know what they are recording,β an anonymous employee was quoted as saying.

That's fantastic!
Ha, that's funny too, while I, personally love a simple end fed, we've been looking at different verticals lately. With hamfest season starting up, it's a great time to explore. I have a friend who swears by a hamstick dipole.
When I dig it out again (a couple a year) I'll send out in a dm. If that is okay? I'll let you know
This right here π
Good luck, you got this!
I should have retired right then! π€£
You won't go wrong with an ft-891, agree completely. It's what's in our go/pota bag.
Tell me a random fact about yourself that sounds fake but is 100% true.
Julia Child came in to the kitchen to compliment me personally, for my flourless chocolate torte.
Oh no, I didn't think you were. And you are right in it's advantages. And it's a lot of fun and practical in so many ways. It's not "private", in the way we consider privacy.
I hope you give it a go, you can study for you license online for free.
Well the hobby can always use new folks!
Couple things... radio waves are easily monitored. It's illegal to use encryption or "hide the meaning" of your messages. Your mailing address is listed publicly.
True, no centralized infrastructure!
There is a lot involved, but it's worth it.
Congratulations and have fun!!!
