The existing hypno generators are great, but I wanted real-time script editing + downloadable audio whilst running on a mobile.
So I rolled my own and it should work realtime on most phones and desktops

Added note to my closest friends: the play bullying and friendly jabs (for me) are unaffected by this, because my brain doesn't perceive those as rejection, but rather as affection. So definitely dont pull those back, if yall took the time to read this, I'd actually be more sad to lose that! ❤️

I say this mostly for awareness sake. Even when I know its not intentional and am able to rationalize that, the emotional flood can still be pretty painful. This is also not to dissuade actual accountability when its needed from anyone suffering it. Its just nice for people to understand it is all ❤️

Post reads: People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection. Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred. It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response. It’s neurological, not a character flaw.

Post reads: If you love someone with ADHD, understand that tone is a weapon you didn't know you were carrying. A short text or a sigh of frustration isn't just a moment of stress to them, it's a signal of impending exile. Your consistency and reassurance aren't coddling; they are the bridge that helps them cross the gap of their own neurological insecurity.

On a personal level, this is one of my hardest things to deal with. Thankfully its not constant, and I've learned outward reactive regulation, but inside its still this, and sometimes the sad slips out >> 1/2

Cherub: So, what exactly are we, in truth? Iconography aside, once we dismiss the falsehood of a moral binary based on "good" and "evil", we can't exactly be the angel and devil on a guy's shoulders. And - in spite of us being regularly in conflict - is it even accurate to assign us to a binary in the first place? Can't something exist outside our given advisories? Even if we accept ourselves as representatives of the "superego" and "id" respectively, that's another binary that's simply being accepted as truth.
